Terms of service

These terms govern your use of RankBeat ("the service"). By creating or using an account you agree to them. If you use RankBeat on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

RankBeat monitors your market, proposes content ideas, drafts articles with AI against deterministic quality checks, and publishes only after a member of your workspace approves. Human approval is a design rule, not a setting: nothing auto-publishes.

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at rkb639@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own what you bring (business profiles, sources, keywords) and what you approve and publish. You grant us the license needed to process that content to provide the service — storing it, sending the relevant parts to our AI providers to generate drafts, and pushing approved articles to destinations you connect. We claim no other rights.

Drafts are machine-generated, checked by deterministic gates, and stopped at a human approval step. That step exists because you are the editor: you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it publishes, and for what you publish. Where a draft needs a fact only you can supply, the engine inserts a placeholder rather than inventing one — filling it is your call.

Search, answer-engine, and app-store visibility depend on factors outside anyone's control. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — and we treat any tool that does with suspicion, as should you.

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• No spam networks, link schemes, or mass account creation.
• Follow the policies of the platforms you publish to and the terms of the services you connect.
• Do not probe, overload, or attempt to breach the service.

The service is currently in private beta. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and usage metering will be shown in the product before you are charged anything, and these terms will be updated with notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; where practical we will warn you first and give you a way to export your content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
